Nopali Properties graciously accepted an invitation from rockstar realtor, friend, and lead agent for the David Greene team, Lindsey Iskierka, to be a part of a Short Term Rental (STR) meet-up in Long Beach, CA on June 26th, 2022, featuring David Greene, his Team of Agents, and his Lending Team. With an estimated 100 STR investors in attendance, this event included a keynote presentation by David Greene followed by a Q&A panel where the audience had a chance to ask questions.
As co-founders of Nopali Properties, we (Amanda Fornelli, David Fornelli, and Oscar Bustos) were invited to be expert panelists to share our experience and knowledge about renovating homes into STRs, especially in our area of experties in Joshua Tree and the Morongo Basin of California.
